The Agent Gear Sets are downloadable content consisting of themed sets of items. Each set contains a vanity hat, jacket, and pants, with a Go-Bag with minor statistic bonus, and a weapon. These sets are obtained by purchasing specific items, such as the Gold Edition or a Season Pass, or by pre-ordering the game in the case of the Hazmat Gear Set.
Exclusive Edition Sets[]

The Survival Gear Set consists of a black beanie with Strategic Homeland Division (SHD) logo, a red jacket, and black cargo pants, an Survivor AK-47 assault rifle with a custom skin, and a backpack with a bonus of 45 storage space. Originally this was available as part of the Exclusive Edition which is only available in the Russian region.
Suit[]
The outfit consists of a dark red colored jacket, with black cargo pants and a combination black and gray beanie. The SHD symbol features prominently on the beanie.
Backpack[]
Adds 45 storage space.
Weapon[]
The set's AK-47 Assault Rifle appears to come with a custom red skin. It is unclear at this time if the skin is part of the weapon, as with the case of the Cassidy, or Caduceus, or if it will function like a regular skin.
Gold Edition Sets[]

The National Guard Gear Set is a set of clothing and weapons available early to those who bought the season pass. The set consists of a jacket, pants, a cap with a JTF P416 weapon and thematic skin and a backpack with 50 armor.
Suit[]
The suit is a grey-green variant of the U.S. Army Combat Uniform (ACU) in the digital camouflage pattern. The ACU blouse is covered with a digital ACU parka, presumably worn over the player's body armor. A bandolier is crossed over the chest of the jacket. An SHD shoulder patch is affixed to the jacket's right shoulder, but it serves as the only identifying mark to separate an SHD agent from normal National Guard personnel. The cap is an ACU patrol cap. Black full finger HAWK gloves. 1 ACU medic pouch, 1 ACU phone case, 1 EMERSON gun holster tan ver. and 2 CONDOR ACU mag pouches.
Backpack[]
The Guardsman backpack is a green and grey digital camouflage backpack which is larger than the basic backpack. It raises the overall armor of the player while equipped, granting decreased damage intake.
Weapon[]
This weapon in this set is a POF P416 Assault Rifle with a custom is a grey-green "digital camo" skin. It is made by an American company, Patriot Ordnance Factory, and is an AR-pattern rifle that uses a gas-piston operating system in an effort to improve reliability over the M4 and M16's direct impingement system. It is fully automatic.
Pre-order Sets[]

The Hazmat Gear Set is an exclusive set of clothing and weapons available to those who pre-order any edition of Tom Clancy's The Division. The set consists of an orange coverall-style pants and jacket with black ballistic vest, a thematic beanie, a Hazmat P416 weapon with weapon skin and one backpack with bonus resistance to viral damage.
Suit[]
The Hazmat Suit is an orange coverall-style suit, which is worn under a black ballistic vest and other armor. Its in-game effect is that it increases the player's overall resistance to viral contamination when equipped.
Backpack[]
The Hazmat backpack is an orange and white backpack which is larger than the basic backpack. It increases damage done by exotic weapons.
Weapon[]
The POF P416 is an Assault Rifle with a custom skin colored in orange and white, with an orange "hex" pattern overlaid on the white sections of the weapon. Medical tape has been wrapped around the pistol grip and the magazine of the weapon. It is based on the design of an American company, Patriot Ordnance Factory, and is a modified version of the M4 Carbine. Like most modern infantry weapons, it will be fully automatic.
Season Pass Sets[]
These sets are available to anyone who either purchases a season pass, or purchases an edition that contains a season pass. The sets were inspired by the Tom Clancy's The Division: Agent Origins webisodes.
Firefighter[]

The Firefighter Set consists of firefighter themed cosmetic clothes (for hats, jackets, pants, and boots slots), a level 4 Firefighter backpack with increased burn resilience and the level 4 Fireman's Super 90 shotgun. Originally this set was only available in the North American region, however, it has since been made available available to individuals who either purchase a season pass individually or receive a season pass as part of a box set. This set, along with the Hunter, Paramedic, and Police sets, was inspired by the Tom Clancy's The Division: Agent Origins Live Action web episodes.

The Firefighter backpack is a level 4, 36 slot backpack with +21 to Firearms, and a +50% Burn Resistance minor attribute.
Weapon[]
The Fireman's Super 90, is a level 4, Standard Rarity, Super 90 shotgun comes with an irremovable custom skin.
Paramedic[]

The Shortbows Sports Set consists of a cap, a jacket and a weapon skin available to those who are registered on Ubisoft Club and play Tom Clancy's The Division Alpha (Xbox One only) and the Beta (Closed or/and Open). The Shortbows Cap is unlockable if the player played the Closed Beta of the game, and The Shortbows Jacket is unlockable if the player played the open beta of the game. The Shortbows Weapon Skin is only available on Xbox One and is unlockable if you play the alpha version of the game.
