The MP7 is a Submachine Gun in Tom Clancy's The Division. It has a high rate of fire, but low damage.

In-GameEdit

The MP7 is a low damage, high rate of fire Submachine Gun. While it has a low magazine size, the quick reload time makes it able to keep up with other SMGs.

For having the fastest rate of fire among the primary weapons, the MP7 is favored for PVP gameplay, having a high burst DPS potential.

Real World Version Edit

The Heckler & Koch MP7/MP7A1 is marketed as having three different "configurations." "Handgun," where the stock is retracted and the foregrip folded up, "AutoPistol," where the stock is retracted, but the foregrip is folded out, and "SMG," where the stock is extended and the foregrip is out.

The MP7A2 was introduced in 2014 and features a triple-rail handguard instead of the folding foregrip. It comes with a tan finish, like other recent H&K products such as the HK416 A5 and the HK417 A2.

Trivia Edit

  • The Heckler & Koch MP7 is a personal defence weapon firing a proprietary 4.6×30mm round designed specifically to pierce 9×19mm resistant body armour.
  • MP7s depicted in-game are based on the MP7A2 variant that replaces the integrated foregrip with an underbarrel rail.
  • In-game MP7s are modelled with a 40 round extended magazine, but only hold 20 rounds.
    • Real-world MP7s accept 20, 30, and 40 round magazines.
